Objectives of the Course
The general objective of this course is to learn about isolation of the bactera from diseased plant tissues by using general or selective medium, obtaining of pure bacterial culture and storing techniguee, hiper sensitivity and pathogenisity tests, some of the calassical and moleculer identification techniques.
