Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to; to identify the virus and viroid diseases in the important vegetables, field crops and fruit trees grown in our country, to apply the methods used in the diagnosis and control of these diseases, to conclude and report the solution of a problem they encounter.

1Distinguishes viral diseases in vegetables, field crops and fruit trees from other diseases
2Distinguish signs of viral diseases in plants according to hosts
3Learns the sources of infection, spread and transmission ways of viral diseases in plants.
4Develops the ability to diagnose, diagnose and appropriate control strategy for viral diseases in plants
5Conducts joint studies on viral diseases in plants and reports the results
