Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to; The aim is to identify abiotic, fungal, bacterial, viral and viroid diseases in important fruit trees grown in our country, to apply the methods used in the diagnosis and control of these diseases, to conclude and report the solution of a problem they encounter.

Learning Outcomes
1Group disease agents according to fungal, bacterial and viral taxonomy criteria, so that they have skills in their symptoms and diagnosis.
2Gains the ability to examine the biology of the factors necessary for the successful management of fungal, bacterial and viral diseases in a region.
3Gains the ability to explain and teach the methods that can be taken against the disease directly to the producer in the field with on-site diagnosis
4Gains the ability to produce rational solutions for good agricultural practices
5Gains the ability to adopt and apply plant protection principles in organic agriculture
