Objectives of the Course
Application of certification and quarantine systems in the legal management which is important in Plant Protection, importance and all teorical and practical legal legislation and transferring information about methods to get seedling and saplings which are diseases free and trueness to name on plant producing with in the meaning of legal management techniques on Plant Protection law, about legal legislation, national and international quarantine

1Gets the knowledge of all laws, regulations and communiqués related to Certification and Quarantine.
2Knows the Agricultural Protection and Quarantine Law No. 6968 and the Seed Law No. 5553.
3Masters the Fruit Sapling Production Material Certification and Marketing Regulation.
4Knows legal methods and general concepts in the fight against Plant Diseases and Pests.
5Understands Quarantine Legislation in Turkey and Quarantine in the World (EPPO) Laboratory Studies
6Be able to define weeds and their situations in crop plant propagation materials.
