Objectives of the Course
To recognize the factors that cause diseases in field crops and vegetables and to teach the methods of struggle against them.

Learning Outcomes
1They will have information about the economic importance of fungal, bacterial and viral diseases seen in the cultivation of vegetables.
2They will learn about the disease-causing properties of disease-causing fungal, bacterial and viral organisms.
3They will understand the factors that promote the development of diseases and their effects on important diseases.
4By establishing the relationship between the biological cycles of the diseases and the emergence of the disease, it will contribute to the development of the predictions of which method of struggle against the disease, when and how to apply it.
5They will gain the ability to evaluate the effects of environmental factors on important diseases in field and vegetable crops and the role of these diseases in epidemics.

Visual identification of the typical symptoms of disease factors, which are frequently seen in field crops and vegetables and can be encountered in practice, life cycles and control methods; identification of samples in the laboratory
