Definition, objectives, tools and limits of fiscal policy. Measurement of the effects of fiscal policy. Different approaches evaluation of the effectiveness of fiscal policy. Methods of implementation of fiscal policy: Optional fiscal policy, automatic stabilizing fiscal policy and formula flexibility method. Inflation, recession and fiscal policies used in the fight against stagflation. Budget deficit problem and financing of this deficit.
