A brief outline of Hilbert and Banach spaces, Direct sums, Schauder, orthonormal, biortogonal (Riesz) bases, Introduction to frame theory, Analysis, synthesis and frame operators, Wavelet series, Multi-resolution analysis, Adjoint mirror filters, Ortonormal and biortogonal wavelet bases, Wavelet frame, Discrete wavelet transform algorithm, Daubechies wavelet bases, Band bounded wavelets, Littlewood-Paley theory
