The First and Emergency Aid Program started its education activities in the year 2021-2022 within the body of Çekerek Fuat Oktay Health Services Vocational School. Our program offers students a laboratory opportunity to improve their ability to use information and communication technologies, and classroom environments where visual education tools can be used comfortably. Students are given medical concepts and drug knowledge that they will need in the field of professional practice after graduation. |

Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Students who have completed secondary education or an equivalent education abroad and have obtained the required score in the university exam can enroll in the program. On the other hand, students can be registered by transferring from the equivalent program of another higher education institution. For the transfer of the courses taken by these students from other higher education institutions, the Yozgat Bozok University Associate Degree, Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations and the Regulation on the Principles of Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs in Higher Education Institutions, Double Major, Minor and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfers can be consulted. |

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
First and Emergency Aid Program graduates work as health personnel in emergency health services, emergency aid and patient transport ambulances, as call reception personnel in command and control centers and as health personnel in hospital emergency services, and as ambulance drivers when necessary (after safe driving training). Ambulance and emergency aid technicians, university and state hospitals, private health institutions; They work in emergency services and workplace emergency units. They can work in 112 emergency aid stations, 112 command and control centers, and hospital emergency services under the Ministry of Health. In addition, they can find employment opportunities in areas where first and emergency services are needed in the private health sector (search and rescue units of fire brigades within municipalities, private ambulances, private hospitals, private companies, sports events and airports (if they receive lifeguard training, beaches and pools). |

Program graduates can transfer to Emergency Aid and Disaster Management, Nursing, Health Management, Social Work departments with the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS). |

The measurement and evaluation methods applied in the lessons are defined in the 'Course Teaching Plan' in the information package. Regarding exams and success grades, the relevant articles of the Yozgat Bozok University Undergraduate-Associate Degree Education and Examination Regulations are applied. |
