Specific Admission Requirements |
Students must comply with the legal and academic requirements to access the studies in The Bozok University according to the process established by the ÖSYM (Higher Education Council Student Selection and Placement Centre) regulations. Students who have started studies in other universities within or outside of the country may apply for their recognition. The recognition record is unique for each student and therefore the procedure is carried out accordingly before the start of each academic year. More information about general admission requirements can be found in the catalogue of Information on the Institution. Under an established exchanges program or one approved by the University, exchange students from abroad may be accepted for studies on the courses taught in English. Or, if they are confident in Turkish, they may enrol any courses, conducted in Turkish, shown on the Course Structure diagram. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Students studying at the Yozgat Bozok University may be exempt from some courses within certain regulations. If the contents of a course taken from another institution are approved by the faculty, students may be exempt from the course. |

Profile of The Programme |
An academic year consists of two 14-week semesters. This period includes the registration and final exam periods. In addition, a summer school is opened from the courses when necessary. The language of instruction in the department is Turkish. |

Graduates work as Electrical and Electronics Engineers in public and private institutions, especially in engineering and academic careers, within the framework of their fields of interest. |
Access to Further Studies |
Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can study in graduate programs, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge. |

Our students are subject to the Yozgat Bozok University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations.

Graduation Requirements |
Students who complete all their courses (240 ECTS) with a weighted grade point average of at least 2.0 out of 4.00 and fulfill their 60-day internship obligations are entitled to receive a diploma. |

Facilities |
Our department has sufficient academic staff and laboratory facilities. Our department has 2 Professors, 8 Assistant Professors and 3 Research Assistants. Additionally, our department has Computer Lab. Circuits and Systems Laboratory, Electrical Machinery Laboratory, Microprocessors Laboratory and PLC Laboratory. |
