Specific Admission Requirements |
Our department, receive students with the university placement examination which is conducted by OSYM. Our department had a quota of 500 students who were accepted with YGS-3 point type, in 2016education year, have been continuing education activities. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Degree in Guidance and Counseling department, department of higher education student status equivalent bulununan students are accepted through horizontal transpositions. They are attending institutions of higher education courses before they are successful applications for exemption will do the last two years of university courses in the total loan amount shall be adapted to read and evaluated. The total credits of the course is registered showing annual credit program load (5 / I courses are included) adapt to the next year, the student shall be more than 60%. |
Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
Students must obtain a grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass all courses on the programme (equivalent to a total of 240 ECTS).

Profile of The Programme |
Undergraduate program has two main goals: (1) to make counselor trainees gain general formation of Guidance and Psychological Counseling and, (2) to train counselors who work for education, health and industry facilities. |
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
Undergraduates can generally work in elemantary schools, high schools and universites and other health and industry facilities as counselor. |
Access to Further Studies |
The graduates holding Bachelor’s Degree are eligible to apply to Master’s Degree programmes at national level and /or international level both in the same and in related disciplines. |

Facilities |
Bozok University Erdoğan Akdağ Campus building, which has a covered area of 2267 sqm on a physical area of 8300 sqm, was completed in 2011 and received. There are 17 classrooms, 1 conference room with capacity of 165 people, 1 student cafeteria, 2 language labs, 2 computer labs, 1 library and 1 drama hall are available and ready for use in the Faculty of Education. There are a total of 17 classes including 8 classrooms with a capacity of 80 people with a capacity of 80 people and 9 classrooms with a capacity of 110 people and 104 m2 with a capacity of 80 people. In these classrooms; single student orders, projector, curtain and board. |
