| History |
| Our School, which was established by the Decree of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette No. 27505 dated February 26, 2010, has been transformed into the Faculty of Sports Sciences by the Presidential Decree No. 2654 dated 15/06/2020. Our faculty; It continues its education and training activities in order to train Physical Education and Sports Teachers in primary and high school level schools, Coaches in various branches and managers at various levels of units affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

In the 2017-2018 academic year, the Department of Sports Management admitted 60 students each to regular formal and regular evening education programs.
In the 2019-2020 academic year, 80 students each were admitted to the Sports Management regular and evening education programs.
The teaching language of the Sports Management department within our Faculty of Sports Sciences is Turkish, and the duration of education is 4 years (8 Semesters). Those who complete the 4-year program are awarded a Bachelor's degree. |

| Specific Admission Requirements |
| Students who wish to enroll in the department must complete the processes / exams determined by ÖSYM within the framework of the academic and legal regulations of the university. A student who has started to study in the equivalent program at home or abroad can apply for transfer. Students' admissions are examined before the semester begins, taking into consideration the conditions of each student and the degree to which they apply, and are evaluated specially. | Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
| Students studying at Bozok University may be exempted from certain courses within the framework of certain regulations. If the content of the course taken in another institution is in conformity with the content of the course given at Bozok University and approved by the relevant faculty / institute directorate, the student can be exempted from this course. |
| Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
| Program duration is 4 years. Students who have 240 ECTS credits, who are successful in the courses and whose GANO is above 2.00 are entitled to graduate. Students are also required to complete their compulsory internship at the specified time and feature. |

| It is a field that includes subjects such as sports management, management sciences, behavioral sciences, introduction to law, and introduction to economics. In addition to the professional knowledge of the students, the department provides graduates as qualified, researcher, modern, productive and equipped individuals who can find the right solutions to problems in a short time, follow scientific and technical developments. |
| Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
| In the Sports Management Department, the managers of our country who are in great need in the field of sports are trained. Graduates, five units in the organization and practices of the activities in our social life under the name of healthy life in the private hotels and establishments and enterprises of our country, in the service units suitable for the education and expertise areas of the central and provincial organizations of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports. They will be able to work as managers in private and public institutions that employ more workers and civil servants and in the relevant staff of local governments, and as professional sports managers in the organization and implementation of the sporting activities of any unit. In addition, our graduates can obtain a coaching certificate and work as a coach, complete their formation training and work as teachers in private or state public institutions and organizations. |

| Candidates who successfully complete their undergraduate education can study in their own fields or postgraduate programs in the related fields, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient knowledge of English. |
