| History |
| Our School, which was established by the Decision of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette dated 26 February 2010 and numbered 27505, has been transformed into the Faculty of Sports Sciences by the Presidential Decision numbered 2654 dated 15/06/2020. Our faculty; It continues its education and training activities in order to train Physical Education and Sports Teachers in primary and high school level schools, Coaches in various branches and managers at various levels of units affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports. For the first time in the 2016-2017 academic year, our faculty; Our developing and growing Faculty; In the 2017-2018 academic year, the Department of Sports Management admitted 60 students each to regular formal and regular evening education programs. In the 2019-2020 academic year, 80 students each were admitted to the Sports Management regular and evening education programs. The teaching language of the Sports Management department within our Faculty of Sports Sciences is Turkish, and the duration of education is 4 years (8 Semesters). Those who complete the 4-year program are awarded a Bachelor's degree. |

| Specific Admission Requirements |
| The student who wants to enroll in the department must complete the processes / pass the exams determined by ÖSYM within the framework of the academic and legal legislation of the university. A student who has started his/her education in an equivalent program at home or abroad can apply for horizontal transfer. The admission of students is examined and evaluated individually before the start of the semester, taking into account each student's conditions and the degree to which he/she has applied. | Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
| Students studying at Bozok University may be exempt from some courses within the framework of certain regulations. If the content of the course taken at another institution is compatible with the content of the course given at Bozok University and is approved by the relevant faculty/institute directorate, the student may be exempt from this course. |
| Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
| The program duration is 4 years. Students who have a total ECTS credit of 240, are successful in their courses and have a GPA over 2.00 are eligible to graduate. Students are also required to complete their compulsory internship within the specified period and quality. |

| Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
| In the Department of Sports Management, managers who are in great need in the field of sports in our country are trained. Graduates can work as managers at various levels in the service units of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, General Directorate of Sports Services in accordance with their fields of education and expertise in the central and provincial organizations, in our country's touristic hotels, motels and facilities, in private gym organizations and businesses, in the organization of activities in our social life under the name of healthy living. They will be able to work as managers in private and public organizations that employ more than five hundred workers and civil servants and in the relevant staff of local governments, and as professional sports managers in the organization and implementation of sports activities of any unit. In addition, our graduates can obtain a coaching certificate and work as a coach, complete their formation training and work as teachers in private or state public institutions and organizations. |

| Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate education can study postgraduate programs in their own field or related fields, provided that they receive a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge. |
