Objectives of the Course
To know or ability for animal welfare and its importance, historical period of animal welfare in Europe Union and Turkey, animal welfare standards, animal welfare practice in some Europe Union countries, Relationship between animal welfare and yield, animal welfare and transporting, animal welfare in organic animal production, animal welfare and product quality for point of view from consumer.

1To be able to follow symptoms of disease
2To be able to keep abreast of body temperature, pulse and respiration
3To be able to follow abnormal formation in animal body
4To be able to apply ınjection methods
5Analyzes probable growth, accommodation, maintenance and nutrition problems according to prosperity criteria.
6It evaluates and manages welfare, health-protection practices in livestock enterprises.
7Concept, standard and legislation about animal welfare are known and applied.
8It determines the efficacy of animal welfare in businesses.

Importance of animal welfare on animal health management and sustainability, relationships between welfare and health, welfare parameters, practices and legal regulations in Europe countries and Turkey, relationships between welfare and stress
