Objectives of the Course

Teaching fun techniques that make the living standards of the rural people to increase. To be able to be programmed for this purpose and to gain the knowledge and skills of the students for execution. Innovations for the development of rural areas to acquire skills to provide transfer behavior change to those living in rural areas.

2	To be able to make agricultural publications and comparative analysis in developed and developing countries
3	To determine the needs of the individuals in the rural area and to prepare the publishing programs to meet the requirements

5	To be able to learn adult education principles
6	To be able to decide and use the methods to be used in the execution of publishing activities.
7	Organizing the studies related to organic agriculture and conducting training and publishing studies.

Course Contents

The definition and the importance of farmer education, the effects of conscious agricultural production on production quantity and product quality, the contributions of agricultural education and publishing activities to country agriculture, the elements of effective and technical education.

1	Definition of agricultural extension and its place in agricultural production.
2	Characteristics of agricultural publication studies, basic principles, subject areas and objectives, adult education principles and methods used in determining needs.
3	The historical development of agricultural extension in the world and in Turkey, individual equipment and human relations of the spring element, rural areas and the characteristics of individuals living in rural areas.
4	Agricultural publishing methods in EU countries.
5	Individual publishing methods.
6	Group and mass publishing methods.
7	Planning of farmer training.
8	Midterm Exam.
9	Presentation and expression techniques in farmer education.
10	Communication (communication process, communication models, creation of a broadcast message), listening and persuasion exercises.
11	Preparing presentations, brochures, posters, posters and other tools.
12	The place of farmer education in introducing organic farming and spreading it to producers.
13	The place of farmer education in introducing organic farming and spreading it to producers.
14	Learning of the use of training materials used in farmer education
15	Final exam
