Objectives of the Course
The objective of this course is the concept of structural features of their agriculture, agricultural business and the importance of the agricultural business is to inform students about the costs and product management.

Course Contents
To distinguish the general structures of business and agricultural enterprises, to list the functions of enterprises in terms of establishment objectives and structure and to compare the economic structure of the enterprises engaged in plant and animal production separately.

9Basic principles of agricultural business management; factor-product (law of diminishin returns), factor-factor, product-product relationship.
10Basic principles of agricultural business management; profit maximization principle, equal to marginal revenue and opportunity cost policies.
11Agricultural income, pure product, business expenses, gross profit and gross production value.
12The importance of business activities, the selection of activities to the gross profit gross production values calculated on the calculation of the variable costs in the calculation of gross profit of activities, attention to the basic principles.
13Gross profit analysis: wheat , barley and dairy cattle as their gross calculation methods applied and results interpretation with examples explaining.
14Herbal products cost account (annual and multi annual plants).
