The concept of communication Definition of the communication process and the types, elements and features of communication, barriers to communication, oral communication, oral communication skills, oral communication rules, vehicles used in oral communication, effective speaking, the definition of written communication, techniques, rules, vehicles used in written communication, written language, properly use non-verbal communication, body language, and effects, clothing, dress imaj.Biçimsel personal use and non-formal communication techniques.
