1 Have enough background about the principles and foundations of physics and the other related fields of science, have the skill of using theoretical and applied knowledge for the problem solutions in the field.
2Design an experiment and perform it, to analyze the data and to have the skill of interpret it
3Be competent user of basic software such as word processing, spreadsheet and graphing programs, to have the skill of using the information technology effectively
4Know one common foreign language to follow the scientific developments on his/her field
5İdentify the necessary aspects of a problem and develop a strategy for solving the problem, to have consciousness of the necessity of the life time learning and ability of ones? continuous self renewal

Atoms with One Electron Atomic models and the atomic nature of matter, The hydrogen atom, The spectrum of hydrogen, Quantization of angular momentum, Wavefunctions for One-electron atoms, The Zeeman Effects, Electron spin, Addition of angular momenta, Spin-Orbit interaction, Atoms with Many Electrons The Helyum atom, The Pauli Exclusion Principle, Electronic Configurations of Atoms with Many Electrons, L-S Coupling, Atoms with one or two valance electrons, X-ray spectra, Molecules The Hydrogen Molecule Ion, Molecular Orbitals of Diatomic Molecules, Electronic configuration of Some Diatomic Molecules, Polyatomic molecules, Molecular Rotations, Molecular Vibrations
