Upon successful completion of the program graduates to fulfill all the requirements of "Associate's Degree in Electrical" degree. The certificate degree given is match Fifth Level of Education in as much as European Qualifiedness Frame.

The admission and registration requirements are explained in the legislation of the Turkish Higher Education Primarily, area vocational school graduates are admitted without examination within the quota for this program. The remaining quotas are filled with the standard high school graduates according to their higher education entrance examination results.The placement is made by OSYM. Registration requirements are the same as higher education entrance system.
