General Description
History
Child Development Program began to accept students in 2015-2016 academic year. Although the current student quota of the program is 80, there are 5 lecturers in the program.

Specific Admission Requirements
Admission and registration requirements for this program are within the scope of the Turkish Higher Education Legislation. Vocational high school graduates without an examination of the program shall be considered within the quota of the program. According to the Higher Education Entrance Examination empty quotas placed in the standard high school graduates. Placement is made by SSPC. Higher Entry System with registration requirements are the same.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)

Profile of The Programme
TChild Development program in the field of pre- school education and child development knowledge and skills to help effectively carries out a program designed to train the staff. The program includes compulsory courses on child development and general culture. In addition to the compulsory courses in the curriculum students are offered the possibility to choose the course according to their preferences. Thus, the Child Development Program, interdisciplinary studies, both individually and in groups considering the development characteristics of children aged 0-6 years could the necessary training and professional development of qualified graduates can continue to train.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Graduates of this program from KPSS score to take the case to the Ministry of Family and Social Policies Ministry of Education and appointed institutions. Also connected to people and institutions in special schools, day care centers, rehabilitation and special education for children with special needs can also serve.
Access to Further Studies
Candidates who have successfully completed their associate degree education and vocational school graduates who are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam held centrally by ÖSYM can continue their education in the undergraduate programs listed below: Child Development Pre-school teaching Special Education Teaching Healthcare Management Social service

Adequate and technologically-assisted classrooms, convenient and beautiful campus environment, easy access. The program has a Child Development Workshop and Drama Workshop with a quota of 40 students.
