Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
Students must obtain a grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and successfully pass all courses on the programme (equivalent to a total of 120 ECTS). |
Profile of The Programme |
Fifth level academic and vocational qualifications which aims to develop an associate degree program. Training Duration: 2 years (probationary period is included.) (The total training period 3000-3600 hours. This is a period of time courses of learning modules in total).

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
Students are encouraged to contact and co-operate with neighbouring Universities, non-governmental organisations and textile enterprises during their education. After graduating, they can work as textile technicians in textile companies. Some of the jobs they can do are as follows:
1. As a planning, production or quality control technician at a confection enterprise.
2. As a planning, production or quality control technician at a yarn production company.
3. As a planning, production or quality control technician at a fabric production company.
4. As a planning, production or quality control technician at a dyeing and finishing company. |
Access to Further Studies |
Students can switch to other 2-year or 4-year undergraduate programs by fullfilling the requirements described by related YÖK (Turkish Higher Education Council) legistations. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
In this program, at least 1 mid-term exam and 1 final exam is done for each lesson. Assignments may be given to assist the educational programs. The overall grade and pass/fail situation of the student is determined by adding together 40% of mid-term examination results and 60% of final exam result. |
Graduation Requirements |
Student graduate from the program after completing 120 ECTS credits. |
