General Description
History
You should consider the Yozgat province option within the body of Yozgat Bozok University Rectorate. Yozgat Bozok University Şefaatli Vocational School Office Services and Secretarial Department Call Center Services Program started its associate degree education in 2018-2019 education. The language of education is Turkish.

Specific Admission Requirements
In our country, it is necessary to be successful in the exam held by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) to enter universities. Students send their preference forms to the Student Selection and Placement Center by arranging the program preferences they can enter, based on the scores they received at the end of the exam. ÖSYM receives all applications, groups the applications according to the score type, lists the scores from the highest to the lowest, lists all available programs according to the preferred score type and places the students into one of their preferred programs.

Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Exemption exams are held at the beginning of each academic term for courses such as Computer and English in the education plans of the programs. Students who think that they provide the expected learning outcomes from these courses have the right to take exams. Students who pass the exam are exempt from the related course in the curriculum.

Access to Further Studies
Students who successfully complete their associate degree education can enter the vertical transfer exam and, if they are placed in the undergraduate program approved by the Student Selection and Placement Center, they can study in the undergraduate programs.Public Relations, Public Relations and Advertising, Public Relations and Publicity, Communication, Communication Sciences, Communication Arts, Human Resources Management, Business, Business Information Management, Logistics Management, if those who successfully complete the program are successful in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) by ÖSYM. They can make vertical transfer to Media and Communication, Media and Communication Systems, Advertising and Public Relations, New Media, Management Information Systems.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
In order for each student to register at the predetermined dates in the academic calendar and to take the final exams, at least 70% of the courses must continue and at least 80% of the applications. Students are subjected to at least 1 midterm and final exam for each course. The contribution to mid-term exams is 40%, the contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Students who get one of the letter grades (AA), (BA), (BB), (CB) and (CC) from a course are considered to have completed that course. (DC) and (DD) grades are conditional successful grades. In order for the student to be successful in a course with a DC or DD grade, the GPA must be at least 2.0.
Graduation Requirements
In order to successfully complete the program, it is necessary to pass all the courses (120 ECTS equivalent) available in the program, to obtain a GPA of at least 2.0 over 4.00 and to complete the 30-day compulsory student internship successfully.

Facilities
Educational activities in the Call Center Services Program are carried out with 3 lecturers. Lessons are conducted in classrooms with a capacity of 40 people and projection; 1 computer laboratory is used effectively in academic studies.
