General Description
History
Office Management and Executive Assistant Program started education in 2009. In Office Management and Executive Assistant Program serving in regular education; Executive Assistant, Office Management, Management Organization, Keyboard Techniques, Professional Correspondence, General Business, Computer Office Programs, Information and Communication Technology, Protocol and Social Code of Conduct, Organizational Behavior, Time Management, Crisis and Stress Management, General Communication, Basic Law, Courses such as A.İ.İ.T I-II, Turkish Language I-II, General Accounting, Economics, Problem Solving and Decision Making Techniques in Businesses are included. The aim of this program is to train a qualified workforce that provides students with organizational skills at the end of the two-year associate degree period, who can do professional correspondence, who has the ability to use electronic document management systems, who is knowledgeable enough to do filing and archiving, who has information and document management skills and who has the ability to actively use office programs. .

Specific Admission Requirements
Program Admission Requirements: In our country, it is necessary to be successful in the examination made by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) to enter universities. Students send their preference forms to the Student Selection and Placement Center by arranging the program preferences they can enter, based on the scores they got at the end of the exam. ÖSYM receives all applications, groups the applications according to the score type, lists the scores from the highest to the lowest, lists all available programs according to the preferred score type and places the students into one of their preferred programs. The selection of foreign students who will enter universities in our country is possible within a certain quota according to a central exam called the Foreign Student Exam (YÖS). Documents required for registration; 1- High school or equivalent diploma, 2- Placement result document made by ÖSYM.

Being able to adapt to changing conditions, open to innovation and change. 8) .To have the necessary communication skills to express himself and represent his institution. 9) To have knowledge of foreign language at a level to carry out the profession. 10) To become aware of the responsibilities required by professional ethics and gaining protocol information in official environments in order to represent the institution and set an example for other employees. 11). Access to Further Studies
Vertical Transition Requirements: Transitions are made within the framework of the "Regulation on Associate and Undergraduate Horizontal Transfer Principles among Higher Education Institutions" prepared in accordance with the "Transfer Principles of Students Among Higher Education Institutions". In addition, students can take the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) and enter the departments of universities that provide 4 years of education. The departments that students who graduate from the Office Management and Executive Assistant program can enter by entering DGS: Office Management Education, Public Relations, Public Relations and Advertising, Public Relations and Publicity, Business Information Management, Health Institutions Management, Management Information Systems, Advertising and Public Relations.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
For each course, there is 1 midterm exam, 1 quiz/homework and 1 final exam. Those who have a score above the passing grade determined by the instructor of the relevant course, in the sum of 50% of the application grade, midterm exam and quiz, and 50% of the final exam grade, are considered successful in the course. The participation rate in the application content of the application courses is 80%.
Graduation Requirements
Graduation Requirements: At the end of four semesters, students who have completed 120 ECTS/ECTS credits, have a GPA of 2.00 and above, are successful in all compulsory courses and have completed a 20 working day industrial internship graduate from the program.
