The Computer Aided Design and Animation Program was opened in 2012-2013 academic year in accordance with the Computer Programming Department of Bozok University Vocational School.

Qualification Awarded |
Graduates who successfully complete all the requirements of the program will be awarded "Associate Degree in Computer Aided Design and Animation".
This given diploma corresponds to level 5 of the European Qualifications Framework level.

Based on non-formal certification outside formal educational institutions in Turkey or based on experience (in-formal and non-formal) recognition of the learning process it is at an early stage.
For this reason, the recognition of the previous learner in all programs of Yozgat Bozok University has not been fully started. However, exams are held at the beginning of each academic term for courses such as Computer and English, German which are included in the training plans of the programs. Students who think they provide the qualifications expected from these courses have the right to take the exams. Students who enter and succeed in the examination are exempted from the relevant courses in the course schedule. |
Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
Students who have successfully completed all of the courses of two years (four semesters) of education - training programs (total 120 ECTS credits) and 20 working days of compulsory vocational training are awarded the associate degree.

This program aims to educate individuals who are in need of public and private sector computer aided design, designer, animation preparation, graphics and computer.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
Graduates are employed in fields such as computer-assisted design element, graphic designer, magazine editor, logo designer, 3D drawing specialist, animation designer, video editor in the private sector as a computer component, computer specialist and advertising consultant in the public sector.

Access to Further Studies |
1-Graduates can continue to some programs of open education without examinations. Those who are successful in the applied integration program continue in the 3rd year.
They have a bachelor's degree from a field outside their field (business, economics, etc.).
2-After graduation, they can continue their education in their fields by entering the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) in the departments determined in their fields.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
It is necessary that at least 70% of the courses and at least 80% of the applications should be continued in order for each student to enroll in classes at the beginning of the semester and to enter the final exam.
Students are required to take midterm examinations (midterm, quiz, homework, project, practice or similar) and final exam for each course. All exams are evaluated over 100 points.
There are one midterm and one final exam in the semester. 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam are collected and the student's achievement grade is determined

Graduation Requirements |
Students who have successfully completed all of the 120 ECTS credits in the program and who achieve a GPA of at least 2.0 out of 4.00 are eligible to graduate.
In addition to successfully completing the courses, an internship is a must for graduation.

Facilities |
There are 2 classrooms consisting of a projection and a desktop computer with the technological infrastructure to be taught, Hardware Laboratories, Computer Aided Design Laboratory, and Technology Laboratory where animation and graphics courses are taught. The technological infrastructure of the department is sufficient and the number of computers is such that each student will have one computer.
