| It conducts an education in order to train modern practitioners who specialize in different subjects in the field of Educational Management and Supervision, can derive new information using their knowledge in the field of educational sciences, create a new subject and field of study by following developments in the field, can present the scientific results obtained to the national and international scientific world in written and oral form, have absorbed ethical values and modern scientific thinking, are aware of the problems in practice, design research aimed at solving them and have adopted the importance of lifelong learning. |
| Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
| Graduates can work as education manager, education inspector, academic coordinator, etc. in the public and private sectors, with their research and theory-oriented content. They can work with titles and work as training specialists in human resources management and in-service training units in different sectors. They will also be able to continue their doctoral studies. Our graduates will be able to work as lecturers at universities. |

| Our graduates have the opportunity to apply to doctoral programs in the Department of Educational Administration, provided that they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient English language knowledge. |
