General admission requirements for Turkish and foreign students are valid to start the program.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
Recognition of Prior Learning: If students who have registered to another Higher Education University in Turkey or abroad, where they have previously studied, apply within the first week, their credit and grade transfer requests are evaluated by the relevant education unit's board of directors and a decision is made on a one-time basis, covering their entire education.

Qualification Conditions and Rules: The student must have completed at least 10 courses and term projects, with a total of not less than 60 ECTS credits, must have received at least YT, CC or above grades from all courses taken, and must have a GPA of at least 2.50 out of 4.00. is required.
Profile of The Programme
Educational Management and Supervision Distance Education Non-Thesis Master's Program; It is aimed to develop the relevant knowledge, skills and understanding of program students, especially school administrators and teachers, regarding educational management and supervision, and to train them in accordance with their competencies in comprehending, interpreting and applying the theories, models and research methods in their field of study. In this context, Leadership in Educational Organizations, Educational Management, Research Methods in Education, Organizational Innovation in Education, Supervision and Evaluation in Education, Social Foundations of Education, Management of Curriculums, Educational Economics and Financing, Human Resources Management, School Culture and Climate, Theory and Practice are offered within the scope of the program. School Management etc. The courses have been prepared to support the application-based, versatile development of program students.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
While working in any private or public institution, graduates of the Educational Management, Inspection, Planning and Economics master's program can be appointed to higher-level positions related to their field of work or can be used as experts, if the institutional conditions are favorable. In addition, in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, people who have completed a master's degree program while working as a public servant are given a one-level increase for their years of service, and a one-degree increase for not less than two years of education. Individuals who do not work in any institution or organization and graduate from the Educational Management, Inspection, Planning and Economics master's program are employed in many institutions, especially private education institutions, to be evaluated in various positions.
Access to Further Studies
It is not possible to apply to doctoral programs with a diploma from non-thesis master's programs.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
The measurement and evaluation processes of the courses in Educational Management non-thesis master's programs are organized in a product and process-oriented manner. Within the scope of product-oriented evaluation, midterm and final exams are included, and within the scope of process-oriented evaluation, homework and projects done during the term and their presentations are included in the evaluation. The percentage values ​​of the exams may vary from course to course. There is at least one midterm exam and final exam for each course. The success of the student is determined by evaluating the semester grades together with the term exam grade.
Graduation Requirements
To graduate from this program; At least 10 courses with less than 30 credits and 90 ECTS credits enrolled, “Research Methods and Scientific Ethics” course and term project lessons must be collected and successful and delivered must be defended. They must be successful in all courses with at least a CB grade and have a Weighted General Average of at least 2.50/4.00.
