Specific Admission Requirements
First Cycle (Bachelors Degree) diploma, minimum score of 65 from the nation-wide Academic Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) in the related fields, acceptable minimum score of 50 from Foreign Language (German, English, French) Exams (UDS/KPDS) or the equivalent exams scores obtained from TOEFL/IELTS/etc. or being successful at the foreign language examination of the Institute (minimum score of 70) and being successful at the science examination (interview) of the Institute in the related fields (with a minimum score of 65). If the student will attend the graduate school for a foreign language study he has to pass the language test from another language. MS candidates should be present their first cycle transcripts. Their interview grades are calculated as 60 % of their written exam grade + 40 % their oral exam grades. Candidates whose interview grades are 65 and above will be considered successfull according to the DEU Graduate School Regulations. Their ALES grades, cumulative grade point average (CGPA) and interviewing grades are calculated as their Evaluation Grades. Evaluation Grades: % 50 of their ALES grades, % 25 of their cumulative grade point average (CGPA) and % 25 of their interview grades.
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal)
According to the Regulations of Yozgat Bozok University for Graduate Schools, students are not connected to the right for internal transfer, previously taken courses at another graduate programme by another university with a successful grade may be recognized by the related programmes after the letter of the students includes course contents and the transcript, and by the recommendation of the head of the departments and by the decision of the Board of Directors. The courses taken by the outgoing Exchange students have the recognition at the school either as compulsory or elective.

General principles ARTICLE 32- (1) The non-thesis master's program consists of at least ten courses with a total of 60 ECTS credits and a term project course. The student has to register for the term project course in the semester in which the term project course is taken and submit a written project and/or report at the end of the semester. (2) The term project course is non-credit and is evaluated with a letter grade of YT (Sufficient) or YZ (Insufficient). (3) A student can take a maximum of 45 ECTS credits in a semester.

The program is designed to promote personal and professional growth for primary teacher education fields. The language of instruction is Turkish.

The graduates of Primary Teacher Education enjoy productive careers in public and private schools run by the Ministry of National Education as teachers and in many other areas of the public service as civil servants.
Access to Further Studies
Graduates who successfully completed the Masters Degree may apply to doctorate (third cycle) programmes in the same or in related disciplines.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Students must attend classes, practices and examinations. In order for students to qualify for midterms they should attend 70% of the theoretical classes and 80% of the application/lab classes. Students attendance is followed by their Instructor. For almost all required and elective courses there are two written examinations: One midterm examination (given during each semester and dates of which are announced by the Department in the first month of the semester) and one final exam. The instructor announces the weekly course content, the course book and how students will be evaluated and the dates of the exams to the students and the Institute at the beginning of the semester. The instructor evaluated the students depending on their midterm and final grades, attendance to the class, their additional work such as projects, presentations and assignments which were presented at the beginning of the semester. A make up exam is offered for graduate classes. Upon the approval of the Institute Board students can take the exam from the lessons that they have already passed in order to increase their GPA. To be able to pass a lesson a graduate student must have minimum CB.

Facilities
Yozgat Bozok University Erdoğan Akdağ Campus building, which has a covered area of ​​2267 sqm on a physical area of ​​8300 sqm, was completed in 2011 and received. There are 17 classrooms, 1 conference room with capacity of 165 people, 1 student cafeteria, 2 language labs, 2 computer labs, 1 library and 1 drama hall are available and ready for use in the Faculty of Education to answer any need. There are a total of 17 classes including 8 classrooms with a capacity of 80 people with a capacity of 80 people and 9 classrooms with a capacity of 110 people and 104 m2 with a capacity of 80 people. In these classrooms; single student orders, projector, curtain and board.
