| Specific Admission Requirements |
| Candidates who will apply to master's programs with thesis must meet the following conditions:
a) They must have a bachelor's degree, Turkish students who have completed their undergraduate programs in foreign countries must also have an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Council, and their undergraduate grade point average must be at least 2.00 out of a coefficient of 4.00. b) They must have received at least 55 full points in the score type of the program they applied from ALES. c) Candidates are evaluated over 100 points in the interview/written exam. d) In the admission of students to graduate programs; ALES score, undergraduate grade point average and interview/written exam results are evaluated. |
| Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
| Students studying at Yozgat Bozok University
They may be exempted from courses within the framework of certain regulations. If the content of the course taken in another institution is in accordance with the content of the course given in YOBÜ and it is approved by the relevant institute directorate, the student may be exempted from this course. |
| Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
| The master's program with thesis consists of at least seven courses, not less than 60 ECTS credits, a seminar course, thesis and specialization courses. Seminar course, thesis work and specialization courses are non-credit and evaluated as successful or unsuccessful. A master's program with thesis consists of at least 120 ECTS credits in total, including at least eight courses, thesis work and specialization courses, provided that it is not less than 60 ECTS credits in one academic term. The student has to register for the thesis period of each semester, starting from the semester following the appointment of the advisor at the latest.
The duration of the master's program with thesis is four semesters, starting from the semester in which the courses related to the program they are enrolled in, excluding the time spent in scientific preparation, regardless of whether they are registered for each semester, and the program is completed in a maximum of six semesters. Students who fulfill all the requirements for graduation specified in this Regulation can graduate in three semesters at the earliest. |

| The main purpose of the Animal Science Thesis Master's program is; To enable the student to gain the ability to access, evaluate and interpret information by doing scientific research. The research work will enable the student to use his individual skills and professional perspective effectively in agricultural practices.
Thesis topics are divided into 3 categories: animal breeding and breeding, Feeds and Animal Nutrition, Biometrics and Genetics. |

| Graduation Requirements |
| Master's programs with thesis consist of at least seven courses, a seminar, other learning activities and thesis work, provided that they are not less than 21 national credits and 120 ECTS credits. Out of 120 ECTS credits, 60 ECTS credits consist of lectures and seminars, and 60 ECTS credits consist of specialization courses including thesis work. |
